terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit use/access to the

(including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria is

How can I find out about the details about the Product
sizing,material,colour?
All the
Products listed on our website have detailed product descriptions. When you
click on the product you like,you will be taken to the Product Page.On this
page you can find product sizes,Material,Colour mentioned in details .There is
a detailed size chart you can refer to while buying dresses/Kurtis across
website.
Do I have to Sign Up for Aai ki Almirah Account to Buy Product at
aaikialmirah.in ? Or ,Setting up An Account .
You do
not need to have an account to shop on Aai ki Almirah always. You can also continue
shopping as a guest Shopper, and during check out you will have the option of
signing up for a new account. However, there are several benefits to creating
an account.
Update your account,go to My Account and click on the option “EDIT” below to
login to your account.
To register,you just need to click on the option of our website and click on
“Create Account” option below login to create your account.
Adding items to your Shopping cart
Please
check colour ,size and quantity before you click on the Add to Cart Button .You can continue to
add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out.
Changing the items in Your Shopping Cart
You can
change your items in your shopping cart by clicking on + or – button.Your order
value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically.Once
you are satisfied with your order ,you can proceed with checking out process by
clicking “Proceed to pay” on
the shopping cart page.This takes you to check out.
Checking Out
On the
Checkout Page you can choose to check out either as guest, or as a registered
customer.To check out as a registered customer click on the already registered
and then login.Or You can create a new account in the pop up window that
appears.If you check out as a registered customer ,all the billing and shipping
details will be linked in your invoice .If you check out a s guest ,you will
need to enter this information yourself.Please note that we can’t accept ship
to party as Post Box.
Please review all the details before you continue to confirm your order.In the
next step ,you will be redirected to our secured payment gateway-Razor Pay for
domestic orders and for international orders.Enter your credit or debit card
information or chose your bank for net banking transactions and click ”Submit”
along the bottom of the page. Depending
on the type of card you own ,you might be directed to another site in order to
verify your online password within 24 hrs.Otherwise ,you are done with
payment transaction .

How do I know once my order is
confirmed?
Once your
payment is authorized and your order is completed ,you will receive an email
and sms from us confirming the order placement.You would be provided with the
Order number, details of the order and the amount you paid.
Is it safe to use My Credit Card Online At aaikialmirah.in?
We don’t
store credit card information on our website.Your credit card information is
safe with our payment solution providers-PayPal.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order
is placed?
This is
not possible in case shipment is left out of delivery. In case the package is
returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address
provided by you (customer) at the time of placing an order,we will be able to
offer a partial refund after deduction of Rs. 200 for shipping.
How to check the status of My Order?
To check the status of your order ,log in to www.aaikialmirah.in and
go to “My orders” ,then “track order “.
Can I pre-order an item which sold out ?
You can
click on notify when Available tab and we will notify you as soon as the
product has been restocked.
I am unable to place an order
We are

I would want to cancel my order
You can
cancel your order before it shipped. Once shipped ,and you chose to cancel the
order there would be a deduction of Rs. 200 INR, as the charges we had to bear
to have.
Shipping
What is the estimated delivery
time?
The
delivery time varies from cities to cities. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all
metros and Tier 1 cities.Tier 2 & 3 cities may take minimum 3 to 5 days.
Some cities in North East India & J&K et. May take minimum 5-7 days.Due
to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate
your patience.
Why did I receive only a part of my order?
Considering
the availability of stock, we may dispatch your total order quantity in single
or two different shipment.

Shipping related Other Queries
Will I be charged for Octroi or
Entry Taxes In case of Domestic Shipping?
All our
Products are shipped within India from our store in Kolkata, India to your
provided shipping address. You may need to pay the additional duties and taxes
(Octroi or Entry Tax) which are levied once a shipping reaches to your state.
In other cases majority of orders need not to pay additional fees. For this we
are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be
levied. For these ,additional duties amount needs to be borne by our customer.
We have arranged with our courier partners to clear your goods for you and
deliver them to your door step. At the time of the delivery, if you are asked
to pay any duties and taxes against Invoice /Receipt from Our courier partner
,you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
Compliance with Laws
As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above
INR. 2000000/-, the Customer will be required to upload a scanned
copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase,
failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be cancelled. The
requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been
submitted once by the Customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of
the Customer shall stand cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name
of the Customer and the name on the PAN Card.Buyer and Seller shall comply with
all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange
Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under
and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from
time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by
the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering
Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act,
1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made
there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them
respectively for using Payment Facility andAai ki Almirah .
Will I be charged for Custom Duty in case my Shipping address
ins Outside of India?
You need
to pay the additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment
reaches to your country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much
these custom duty charges will be applicable. In the case where additional
custom duty is applicable you will be responsible for paying these additional
fees. We have arranged with our courier partners to clear your goods for you
and deliver them to your door step. At the time of the delivery, if you are
asked to pay any duties and taxes against Invoice /Receipt from Our courier partner ,you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
Do We offer Expedite Shipping?
No, At
present we are unable to offer that service.
Can I Ship Different items In My Order To Different Shipping
Addresses?
Only one
shipping address per order is accepted. If you would like to order several
items and ship to different people,kindly treat these as separate orders.
I am Missing an item, what do I do?
This is
probably due to your order being dispatched to separate parcel -you can check
your email or status of the order else we will check at our side with POD.
What should I do If I miss the delivery?
We will
make 3 attempts to deliver the order to you-on consecutive day. In case the
package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we will be able to offer
a partial refund after deduction of Rs.200 as the charges we had to bear to
have the product packed, onward and reverse shipping.
Can I open the package before making the payment for COD Orders?
Our courier person will handover the package to you to open only once the payment has been
made. We suggest you to avoid accepting any package if it has been tampered.
What Do I do if my shipment has tampered?
If you
receive a dented box or open a package only to discover the item in bad
condition, take pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it
arrived — upload the clips to us with your order id and write us to Aai ki Almirah without
tearing our Tag and within 10 days after day of delivery. This is required for
verification .Refund shall be conditional in case of any misuse by buyer
.Depending upon condition return or exchange an order will be executed.
What happens in case my order is not delivered?
In case
the ordered items do not reach to you within 35 days from the shipping date
from our store, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information
does not show that delivery was attempted at your doorstep. However, in the
case of packages for which we don’t have tracking details, we will assume that
package delivery was not attempted, and we will refund your entire amount from
the date of raising a complaint with us.
Payment
Aai ki Almirah
enables online verification and authorization of payments through authorized digital payment gateway
The following payment methods are accepted though the above mentioned payment
gateway:-
- All Valid Credit
card (Domestic and international Visa,Master card and Rupay card)can be
accepted for processing payment through gateway
- Debit Card issued
by most of the major banks
- Gpay
- PayTM
- PhonePay
- COD facility will be provided on few
selected areas courier partners in near future. Any inconvenience you face is regretted.
- All Online Bank
Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway
provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to
provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on
Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to
between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.
Note:Your Billing amount will be shown in Indian Currency on the Payment
Gateway which is equivalent to your order value.
What should I do if my payment fails on payment gateway but
money debited?
The
transaction failed but the amount got deducted from the bank account, Banks
usually take up to 3 business days to add money back to your account. Please
wait for your bank to complete the reversal or contact your bank referring to
the bank account statement to verify if your transaction has been reversed.
If your payment fails, you can retry the payment using our different payment
method .
Order Cancellation
As a
general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have
received confirmation of the same.
Return & Exchanges
Before
you return Aai ki Almirah product, please let us know how our products are made. All
our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India,
resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect.
Hand loom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
We do not offer any refunds against products already purchased from us unless
for the following conditions:
- Please note that
Return or Refund or Exchange will not be made against the non-returnable
items(jewelry), unless there is a defect or damaged.
- You need to raise
a Return request through aaikialmirah.in.
- If unfortunately
you have to return or exchange an order,please do so within 2 days of
delivery through aaikialmirah.in.
- No return or
exchange request would be accepted if the request is raised after 2 days
of receiving of the product. If you want to return any one product from
the combo or sale or form frequently bought together, the discount will be
revoked.
- Defective or wrong product will be eligible for replacement within 2 days of delivery and you need to provide authentic supporting video which consist the prove that the product was damaged by the seller(i.e. unpackaging video) to get the full refund.To send the required details please mail us: info@aaikialmirah.in.
- After the receipt
of item(s),your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
- Shipping charges
will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping
costs to return the goods ,it is also applicable in case delivery returned due to wrong address or false information or pin code
is out of pick up location.Extra shipping charge is require to be paid by you(customer) and you will be communicated by our sales team.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive of the earlier shipment.Extra shipping charge is require to be paid by you(customer) and you will be communicated by our sales team.
- For COD(Cash On Delivery ) Transactions: Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we can not deliver cash through couriers.
- Refunds can only be processed to your bank account,details need to be provided.
- Refunds are allowed in case we cancel the order due to some internal reasons or you have cancelled the order before we have confirmed the order.
